UNLOCK YOURSELF

"It always seems impossible until it’s done" said Nelson Mandela, quoting Pliny the Elder. Nothing is impossible - the idea of overcoming the impossible in my life goes back to 1989 when I witnessed how the Berlin Wall fell in front of my eyes. Ever since, in my personal life, and in each work context, I learnt to embrace this amazingly positive mantra - nothing is impossible!
And it has become my passion to guide people to find that ultimate believe in what they really can and want to achieve. I believe it is my craft and my gift to listen deeply to unlock your potential and your own creativity to achieve those goals.

Make time for yourself and let's talk about where your next "possible" is.
There's no learning without action
and there's no action without learning.

How do I work?
Coaching is a powerful way of building a relationship with a 'critical friend' that helps to identify key questions and guides you to find your own answers.
I enjoy working with individuals who are motivated and curious to make positive life changes, for themselves, and for the world.
It would be my pleasure to start the conversation about what you want out of the coaching process, set ambitious goals with you and look at concrete steps, decisions and actions.
Find out more about different ways we could work together and get in touch.
Coaching
Peer Group Coaching
I enjoy working with groups that are keen to learn and practice peer coaching. I facilitate Action Learning Sets and train the methodology.

I have facilitated group work for over 20 years and I am familiar with roles, group dynamic, disruption and tension. I often use the present experience to teach and demonstrate how you can improve team work and group activity.
Mentoring
I offer mentoring to Community Leaders by applying 20 years of experience as a Senior Community Organiser. As the co-founder of three broad-based community organisations I worked with the leading Community Organising networks in the US, UK, and Germany.
I also work with Young Entrepreneurs offering guidance in leadership, management, decision making, team work and i am always keen to make introductions to one of my connections.
Pro-bono work
Since 2017 I support the OnPurpose community as a pro bono coach. This year I have started my fourth coaching assignment. I am proud to be part of this growing community of game changers.
I work as a pro-bono mentor with Visionnairs, a project of Capital City College Group.
I support a member of the Senior Management Team of LAWA in her journey to lead a major fundraising project.
